Bio

Brings over ten years of European private equity experience to Merchant Equity Partners. Helped establish Bank of America’s European private Equity business in 1995 and, as a Partner in BA Capital Partners Europe, participated in the creation of a €1.2 billion pan-European private equity portfolio. Was involved in the origination, execution and realisation of buyout, growth capital and restructuring transactions in Germany, Finland, France, Spain, Sweden, Hungary and the UK. Prior to joining BA Capital Partners, worked at Continental Bank where he developed corporate finance and capital markets experience through the underwriting and syndication of debt into the public, private and bank markets.
