Frank J Cheswick

Bio

Mr Cheswick is a founding member of Aldine Capital Fund LP. In addition to general management responsibilities associated with the Fund, Mr Cheswick is responsible for deal generation and marketing, structuring and negotiating new investments and exits, portfolio company management as well as fundraising and investor relations. Mr Cheswick joined Banc One Mezzanine Corporation as Managing Director and Investment Manager in August 2003. His responsibilities included underwriting of all new investments as well as management of the existing portfolio. Prior to joining BOMC, Mr Cheswick was a Managing Director at Century Capital (April 2002 - June 2003). Century Capital is the M&A advisory arm of Century Business Services and Mr Cheswick was responsible for business development with the private equity community. Mr Cheswick spent his early career with Bankers Trust Company Inc. (BT) (acquired by Deutsche Bank). For twenty of his twenty-two years with BT he was a middle market banker and buyout lender. In his last two years with the bank he was a Principal in the Bank’s Private Equity Group. Mr Cheswick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Fordham University and an MBA from New York University' Stern School of Business.
