Bio

Jodie joined Kaiser Permanente Ventures in 2018. She is part of the Strategic Engagement team where she helps create strategic value between KP stakeholders and KP Ventures’ portfolio companies by spreading, introducing, and supporting relevant health care innovation. Jodie brings with her 5.5 years of Kaiser Permanente experience where she previously worked in strategy and technology consulting. She developed evaluations and recommendations for information technology investments in mental health & wellness, population health management solutions, health data convergence, and community benefit systems. Her work included business cases for external provider management systems of mental health and autism patients, internal psychiatrist panel management, and transgender patient management solutions. Jodie also developed proposals for the implementation and integration of medical devices for atrial fibrillation detection and audiology. For three years, Jodie served as the national president for genKP, Kaiser Permanente’s national business resource group dedicated to professional development. Jodie graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology where her area of concentration was in Health Economics and Business. She also holds a minor in Art History.
