Bio
Mr Spreng is located in Crescendo's Minneapolis office and is responsible for all of Crescendo Ventures' legal and administration functions, including the management of Crescendo's accounting, human resources, and IT groups. Mr Spreng joined Crescendo after ten years of experience as a securities and venture capital attorney serving both venture capital investors and early stage companies. Mr Spreng has represented investors, companies and underwriters in over 400 transactions with an aggregated value in excess of $1 billion. Mr Spreng received a B.A. at University of Minnesota and a law degree at William Mitchell College of Law.
