Anand Desai joined the Alfred I. duPont Testamentary Trust in 2008 and serves as Associate Director of Public Markets. His primary responsibilities include providing research and analytical support for investment and strategy decisions related to the Public Markets investment programs including equities, emerging markets, credit, global macro and specialty finance. Prior to joining the Trust, Mr. Desai worked as a Research Analyst at MLF Investments, a value-oriented investment partnership, and as an intern at Ritchie Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund. His primary responsibilities involved researching and analyzing investment opportunities across the consumer, financial, industrial, and technology industries. Previously, Mr. Desai worked as an Associate at Safeguard Scientifics, a growth investor in the Technology and Life Sciences industry, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies Broadview. Mr. Desai received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and his B.A. in Economics and Neurobiology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
