Brian Beck

Bio

Joined Oaktree in 2003. Served as a Transactions Associate for over five years at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and commercial lending with a particular emphasis on representing investment funds and advisors in the structuring and formation of investment funds. Mr Beck is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. BS degree with honors and distinction in Operations Management along with a minor in History from Indiana University. JD from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duke Law Journal.
