Ms. Aleardi is a Vice President at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. Aleardi was in Brand Management at Kraft Foods where she worked on a number of brand assignments as well as new product development within the Snacks & Cereal sector. Prior to Kraft Foods, Ms. Aleardi worked at Parthenon Capital, a private equity firm that provided capital and strategic resources to middle market companies. Prior to Parthenon Capital, she served in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of JP Morgan. Ms. Aleardi began her career at The Beacon Group, a boutique mergers & acquisitions and private equity firm. Ms. Aleardi graduated cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics. She received an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.
