Bio

Craig Dupper joined Solis Capital Partners shortly after its founding in 2002. Mr. Dupper was previously vice president in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, where he provided merger and strategic advisory services and managed more than $8.5 billion in financings. Prior to that, he served as an associate with Bear Stearns, where he completed transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion. Mr. Dupper’s Wall Street experience began in the Investment Banking Department of The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, the then largest global commercial bank. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Dupper was an account executive at Porter/Novelli in Los Angeles, an Omnicom marketing services firm. He is a director on the boards of several private companies and has served as interim CEO of a private company, where he led a strategic restructuring. Mr. Dupper is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Association for Corporate Growth, as well as a former member of the board of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), San Diego. Mr. Dupper earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Yale University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with studies in pre-medical curriculum, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
