Bio

Edmund Waddill is Vice President of Cherokee and is responsible for asset management and analysis, and deal partner relations. Prior to joining Cherokee in 2011, Mr. Waddill was Development Manager for Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, he was responsible for the development efforts within the North Hills mixed-use project, a former Cherokee asset. Mr. Waddill has previously worked as the Land Development Manager for Crosland where he was responsible for land assemblage, entitlement and site development. He received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended the Kenan-Flagler Business School Institute Program. Mr. Waddill also holds a North Carolina Broker’s license, is an active member of ULI and other service/non-profit groups in the Triangle.

Education
