Bio

Chairman of the CCF. Partner in MST Capital which invests in mid-sized leveraged finance transactions. In 2000, co-founded Axiomlab Group plc, which made over 30 direct and indirect investments in early stage businesses. In 1998, launched Sibson & Co in Europe, a US-based management consultancy business. After working for McKinsey & Co in London, Scotland, and Dublin, he founded a corporate finance boutique in 1995. MBA from the Harvard Business School. MA from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.
