Joined 3i in 1996 and was appointed local director in 2003. Has more than eight years of international investment experience. Started her career at GTE Corporation (Verizon) as a finance executive. She then joined Booz Allen and Hamilton as a management consultant for six years, in strategy design and organizational restructuring for leading multinationals. Has led over 20 deals in both buyouts and growth capital in Spain and Portugal. Specialises in healthcare, media and support services, and is an active member of the European private equity leadership team and of the pan European buyout marketing team. Key deals that she has been involved include Segur Iberica, (security services) and Hospor Hospitals (healthcare services). Has served on the boards of five companies during her years at 3i. MBA from Columbia University in New York. Degrees in finance and political science from Boston College.
