Mary is a vice president in Edge Healthcare Partners’ Atlanta office. She has helped manage numerous transactions across the gamut of healthcare including acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, valuations, financings and fairness opinions. Mary came to Edge Healthcare Partners from Houlihan Lokey where she was an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking department. Earlier she was a Senior Financial Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where she also headed the analyst training program. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia.
