Bio

Prior to joining Private Advisors in 2000, worked for Matrix Capital Markets as Vice President where he managed all financial analysis and valuations applied to mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked as an engineer for 10 years designing applications including bio-signal analysis, network software, and air traffic control systems. PhD in Finance from the University of Georgia; his dissertation was The Acquisition of Privately-Held Micro-cap Corporations. He is an MBA graduate of The College of William and Mary, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Also earned a BS in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University, where he was elected to Eta Kappa Nu.
