Rodger Stout

Bio

Rodger A. Stout has served as our Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President—Finance and Administration and Treasurer since 2007. From 2006, Mr. Stout has served as the chief financial officer and in other executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities, which are now subsidiaries of ours. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Stout was senior vice president and chief financial officer for FabTech Industries, Inc., one of the largest domestic structural steel fabricating companies. From 1985 to 2000, he was a senior financial executive for Jerold B. Katz Interests. He held numerous positions over his 15-year tenure with this national scope financial services conglomerate. Those positions included director, executive vice president, senior financial officer and investment officer.
