Mr Miller has spent nearly 30 years in various facets of commercial banking and finance, with the last 20 years focussed on structured financial products and core capital asset investing. He has led and advised on transactions related to alternate energy, commercial aircraft, industrial facilities, portfolio acquisitions and mineral resource development. Prior to co-founding Alterna, Mr Miller was a Managing Director in Citigroup Structured Investments. Mr Miller holds a BS.in Mining Engineering from Montana School of Mines and an MBA from Cornell University.
