Bio

Formerly a Partner of Carlton Partners, an advisory and asset management firm, for several years. Had worked at Translink International Ltd from 1992 until its acquisition by Carlton Corporate Finance in 2003. Previously had worked in the Paris office of Translink which he joined in 1990. Was with Morgan Stanley & Company in New York in the International Capital Markets group. Had worked with LF Rothschild in New York, and with the US office of the OECD. Has extensive experience in originating and completing international transactions, including advising Reuters Group plc in its acquisition of ORT in France, Hepworth plc in its disposal of Hepworth Air Filtration, Norsk Elektro in its sale to AMEC plc, Alucapvit (Italy) in its acquisition of Daniel Montgomery Ltd, Esprit Group in establishing collaborations in the UK retailing market and Codisa (Portugal) in its sale to Electra Europe Partners. Fluent in French and Portuguese. Doctorate in Law and MBA degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
