Toby Neugebauer

Bio

Mr Neugebauer co-founded Quantum in 1998. Together with Mr VanLoh, he leads the firm’s investment strategy and capital allocation process, working closely with the investment team to ensure its successful implementation and execution. Mr Neugebauer is active in the firm’s due diligence, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring and support, and transaction exit activities. Mr Neugebauer also leads Quantum’s fund raising activities and serves as Quantum's primary point of contact on the Investment Committee of Quantum Resources LP, the $1.2 billion oil and gas property acquisition fund jointly managed by Quantum and Aspect Energy. Prior to co-founding Quantum, Mr Neugebauer co-founded Windrock Capital Ltd. Prior to Windrock, he worked in the energy investment banking group of Kidder, Peabody & Co, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and corporate debt and equity financings for energy companies. Mr Neugebauer holds a BBA in Finance from New York University.
