He has successfully led the creation of 8 private equity schemes investing in India, each having very high standards of investing excellence. Prior to Milestone, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited. Before joining Pantaloon Group, he was CEO of Globus Stores Private Limited, which he founded in 1998 while he was with the Rajan Raheja group where he spent more than 10 years. Referred to as one of the "India's Hottest Young Executives" and" Shopkeeper #1" by Business World, (March' 06), he also has a total experience of more than 17 years in the real estate & retail sector and has prior experience in setting up domestic & offshore funds. He was also the founder and director of the Retailers Association of India. Engineering graduate with an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. Also spent one year in ESSEC (France) doing research, and completed Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School.
