Before joining SKM in 2001, Mr Burgoon worked at Gleacher & Co. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investing. Prior to Gleacher & Co, Mr Burgoon worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in its Mergers and Acquisitions department. Mr Burgoon is a graduate of Colgate University where he graduated summa cum laude with high honors in Economics.
