Over the last 18 years, has worked internationally with companies at a strategic and operational level with a particular focus on the development of early stage and mid-sized businesses. Was previously CEO of Autocruise, a joint venture between Thales and TRW Automotive, and held a number of senior management positions with LucasVarity plc. Was a member of the Boston Consulting Group for four years. Was an executive Board member of Molins plc, responsible as managing director for two of its divisions in Scientific Services and Packaging Machinery. MBA from INSEAD.
