Alan Chelko

Bio

Alan has over 22 years of experience building and growing new ventures as an investor, consultant and general manager. Alan spent ten years heading Emerging EMEA and DACH for Cisco Corporate Development, where he closed 17 deals (Venture Capital, Joint Venture, and M&A) for a total of over $167M, and managed a regional private investment portfolio of over $220M, including holding 7 Advisory Board and 3 Board Observer Seats. He co-founded a national broadband cable TV company in Croatia, where he raised $12M in equity capital, acquired and integrated 4 companies, and managed over 300 employees as the Chief Executive Officer. Alan received a dual degree International MBA in 1996 from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona (USA) and Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona (USA).
