Bio

Born in San Sebastián (Spain) on 12th July 1960. Commenced his professional career in the industrial sector, subsequently joining the Research Department of Banco Guipuzcoano in 1988. Since 1990 he is the Chief Financial Officer of the Group, and responsible for the Strategic Investment and Control and Management of Own-Risks Departments, and the Management of the Bank's Subsidiaries Department. Currently Chairman of the Board of BG Previsión Crecimiento, BG Previsión Ahorro and Sole Administrator of the following companies: Guipuzcoano Valores, Sociedad Gestora de Carteras, Bitarte, Easo Bolsa, Urdin Oria, Zumola Inversiones and Guipuzcoano Mediador de Seguros. Holds Degree in Economics and Business Science from the University of Deusto.
