Alyssa Morris

Bio

Alyssa has more than ten years of industry experience and is focused on Probitas Partners' fund placement activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Alyssa served as a Director in the Financial Sponsors, Leveraged Finance and Restructuring Group at UBS Investment Bank in San Francisco. While at UBS, Alyssa was responsible for originating and executing debt financings for private equity and corporate clients in a variety of industries. Before UBS, Alyssa worked as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP. Her practice focused on providing counsel and transaction assistance to private equity and corporate clients, especially in the health care industry. Before attending law school, Alyssa was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bankers Trust, Global Investment Bank in New York. Alyssa earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member (inactive) of the California State Bar.
