Bio

Andy focuses on management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments across a variety of industries, with a special focus on the industrial sector, including distribution, manufacturing, and industrial services companies. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, developing investment theses with industry executives, managing the investment due diligence process, creating transaction structures, and obtaining necessary financing for investments. Andy also works closely with portfolio company management teams within the distribution and manufacturing sectors to develop and execute strategic growth and operational improvement plans. In addition, Andy was instrumental in completing the successful liquidity event for Imperial Supplies, a former NEP portfolio company. Prior to joining NEP in 2006, Andy was with Northwestern Investment Management in the firm’s Private Equity and Mezzanine Group. Andy executed a range of private equity and mezzanine investments in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Northwestern, Andy was a vice president at ABN AMRO, an international commercial and investment bank, where he led and closed multiple leveraged and project finance transactions, totaling over $7 billion, across North America, Latin America, and Asia.
