Bio
Mr Holmes, the executive Chairman, founded Quester in 1984, prior to which he spend eight years with 3i plc, where he managed the largest investment office. His commercial experience is based on an early career as a commercial lawyer with city slicitors Freshfields and in smaller quoted company corporate finance. He is currently closely involved with companies in a range of sectors, including healthcare and new material technology. Mr Holmes graduated from Cambridge University in 1966 with a degree in Economics and Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 1968.
