Bio

Mr Lee is a Partner and Senior Investment Analyst for I S A Partners and Senior Investment Analyst for Pirate Capital. Prior thereto, Mr Lee served as an Associate Director and Senior Analyst for Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr Lee was responsible for research and analysis of public securities in the brokerage, broker-dealer, asset management and financial technology sectors. From 1998 to 2003, he served as a manager in IT Services for Bear Stearns’ Equity Research Department. His responsibilities included network and system infrastructure support. From 1996 to 1998, Mr Lee worked as a senior design engineer for ITT Avionics, where he was responsible for mechanical design and analysis of military equipment for the United States government. MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University in 1994.
