Bio
Director based in the Birmingham office; he joined Barclays Private Equity in 1998. Started his career in the debt markets and prior to joining Barclays Private Equity was a Director of Barclays Acquisition Finance with responsibility for the Midlands. Has led a number of high profile transactions in a range of market sectors. Most recently, these include the secondary buyout of Worldmark International, a strategic investment in Metal & Waste Recycling and the sales of Paragon Labels and Caretech Community Services. Has represented Barclays Private Equity as a non-executive director on a number of portfolio companies and has wide experience of private equity transactions and subsequent exits.
