Andrew Sands

Bio

Mr. Sands is a Managing Partner and head of the Los Angeles office of Concert Realty. He is primarily responsible for real estate investment activity in the western United States. From 1994 through 2005, Mr. Sands was Managing Director and head of the Los Angeles office of ING Realty Partners. Prior to 1994, Mr. Sands worked in the real estate investment banking departments of CB Commercial and Kidder, Peabody & Co. where he was involved in the sale and financing of real estate for institutional investors, corporations and developers. He was also involved in institutional and retail equity and fixed income sales and trading at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Sands received an MBA from UCLA in 1992 and a BA from Stanford University in 1987.
