Formerly was Deputy Chairman and Co Founding Partner of Carlton Partners, an independent advisory and Asset Management firm co owned with Halifax Bank of Scotland “HBoS”. In addition to work with corporate clients and commercial partners of Dial Partners, until 2005 was also acting Chief Executive of Farnborough Aircraft plc and Chairman of Stuart Aviation, Santa Fe Group plc. As founder of Carlton Partners’ predecessor firm in the mid-1990’s, led the capital raising for Seattle Coffee Company and the sale of the company to Starbucks. Also led the capital raising for Santa fe Group plc, and the sale of the company to Yates plc. Over 30 years of professional and corporate management experience in the property and investment banking industry both in the UK and US. Was Group CEO of European Healthcare Group plc and Chief Executive of Crestacare plc, Chairman of Clements Taee Biddleman Inc and British Historic Buildings Inc. Co-founding shareholder and past Director of Grosvenor House Group plc. Executive Chairman of the Great Ormond Street Hospital/Bishopsgate School Appeal. Chairman of the Board of Governors of Bishopsgate School. Member of the British Airways plc Global Travel Advisory Board. Member of the Board of Ultimate Training Munitions. Member of the Board of the Millfield School Foundation.
