Bio

Mr. Spaulding is a Vice President at Normandy and is responsible for the coordination and oversight of capital projects and tenant improvements in the Boston Region. He also assists with property management activities, including oversight of building operations and staff, tenant relations, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Normandy, Mr. Spaulding was a Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Spaulding & Slye) in the property management department. He has 25 years of real estate experience, including serving as President of Spaulding Investments a privately-held property management firm, which operated a 2 million square foot office and retail portfolio in the greater Boston market. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Associates (BOMA), the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Spaulding is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
