Andrew Zamfotis

Bio

Mr Zamfotis is a Vice President of BMO Halyard Partners. Prior to joining the group in April 2000, Mr Zamfotis most recently worked in CIBC World Markets' Media & Telecommunications Group. Mr Zamfotis has experience in both public and private equity and debt financings for media, communications and related companies. Mr Zamfotis serves, as an observer, on the boards of Security Broadband Corp, Smith Broadcasting Group and Inflow Group. Mr Zamfotis received a BS in Finance and Information Systems, Magna Cum Laude, from New York University's Stern School of Business.
