Bio
Ms. Sloyer joined Pine Brook in April 2010 and has more than 10 years of financial and private equity investment management experience. Prior to joining Pine Brook, she spent three years as a fund controller with Olympus Capital Holdings Asia, a middle market private equity firm that has invested approximately $1.3 billion in portfolio companies throughout Asia. Ms. Sloyer began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she was a manager in the Alternative Investments Asset Management practice. Ms. Sloyer holds a B.S. in Accounting from Washington University's John M. Olin School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
