Anthony Caringi

Bio

Mr. Caringi, a founder of Merion I and a former member of the Mellon Growth Finance team, has been providing financing to middle market companies since the late 1980’s and has spent the last 15 years providing cash flow and mezzanine lending to growth companies. Anthony has served on several private company boards both at Mellon Growth Finance and Merion. Mr. Caringi is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Inn Dwelling, a non-profit that provides transitional housing to the homeless. He earned an MBA in Finance and Investments at George Washington University and BA in Economics/Business Administration at Lycoming College. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia and is former adjunct professor.
