Over 20 years of private equity investment, in a wide range of businesses from early stage development opportunities to later stage management buyouts. Led 3i's healthcare team from 2000 to 2001 supporting medical technology and biotechnology businesses across Europe. Previously managed 3i's Newcastle and Cambridge offices. Responsible for the Bridges Social Entrepreneurs Fund. Teaching Fellow in Entrepreneurship at London Business School. Mechanical engineering at Bristol University. MBA from London Business School.
