Bio

Private Equity Managing Partner with primary responsibility in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2006, became a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Capital International in 1997, spent four years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as principal banker in the Early stage Equity Team with private equity responsibilities covering Russia, Kazakhstan, Hungary and Slovenia. Before that was an associate consultant at The LEK Partnership, an international strategy consulting firm. During his four years at LEK, worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate strategy, and privatisation and restructuring mandates in Poland. BE in civil engineering from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters degree in mathematics from Oxford University.
