Prior to GMT, was CFO and a founding principal with Triton Private Equity, having joined from Merrill Lynch Europe plc, where he was a vice president for four years with responsibilities for management and corporate reporting. Former group financial accountant for Smith New Court and started his career in the Financial Markets Group of Arthur Andersen in 1982. Current directorships include Primesight. BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury. Qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute in the UK.
