He is responsible for the day-to-day functioning, implementation and administrative matters of the Investment Management company at ABP. He has over 14 years of progressive experience in overall administration, asset management, lease administration and project management. He was formerly, the Chief Operating Officer with Helix Advisors India and was responsible for overall strategy of the offshore operations, implementation, compliance and administrative matters of the company. Before joining Helix Advisors India, he was a senior manager with the Corporate Property Services division of Jones Lang LaSalle (India) and a key member of the team responsible for setting up one of the largest US BPO firms at multiple locations in India. The team successfully set up a 4,000 seat, a 2,000 seat and an 1,800 seat BPO facility in the three major cities in India. He has also worked as a manager with Berger Paints (India) Limited in their real estate and asset management division where he was mainly responsible for lease negotiation and management, tenant improvement, logistics, asset and facility management. Post graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Punjab University and a Bachelors degree in Economics from HP University.
