Bio
Has been working extensively with Montagu since 2007. Early career was spent at McKinsey where, as a Senior Partner, worked with a wide range of companies on strategy and operational effectiveness across Europe and the US. Became a co-owner and board member of Elpro AG in the early to mid 1990s, a leading East German industrial group. Following a period as a Senior Partner at Droege, was recruited by KKR to establish and run Capstone Europe. MBA from the University of Cologne.
