Barbara Hill

Bio

Barbara Hill is an Operating Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the healthcare sector. Ms. Hill was most recently the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of ValueOptions, Inc., a behavioral health company serving over 23 million members throughout the country, with over $1 billion in revenue. Ms. Hill previously was President of Express Scripts, Inc. and a senior executive at CIGNA HealthCare, Rush Prudential Health Plans, Aetna Health Plans of the Midwest and The Prudential Insurance Company. Ms. Hill serves on the Board of Directors of St. Jude Medical (NYSE: STJ), a Fortune 500 medical device company, and of Revera, Inc., a Canadian company operating over 200 seniors’ facilities. In the past, she served on the Boards of Express Scripts,Inc. (NASDAQ: ESRX) and Rotech Healthcare (NASDAQ: ROHI). Ms. Hill served as a part-time faculty member at Rush University from 1997 to 2002. She was named #52 on Modern HealthcareMagazine’s 2003 list of the 100 Most Powerful People in Health Care. She earned her B.A. and M.S.degrees from The Johns Hopkins University.
