Bio

Prior to joining GroundSwell in 2010, Blue was a co-founder and COO of SelectMinds, a SaaS-model company that develops technology that enables the largest businesses in the world to create, manage, and grow custom-branded, secure social networks. Before founding SelectMinds he worked with the international strategy consulting firm Farmer & Company, based in New York and London. Blue has also served as an associate at Robertson, Stephens and Company, an international investment bank focused on emerging growth companies. While there Blue assisted high-growth companies with positioning and capital transactions in the company’s Health Services Group. He participated in and managed IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements of both debt and equity securities. Blue received a BA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
