Bio
Mr Cooper joined GB Merchant Partners in August 2005. From 2003 to 2005, Mr Cooper was an Analyst at Financo, a boutique investment bank concentrating exclusively on the retail and consumer sectors. While at Financo, Mr Cooper focused on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and private placement transactions and assisted Financo's private equity affiliate, Mercantile Capital Partners. Mr Cooper is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a BS in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
