Became CEO of Eco following an LBO by ABN Amro in 1999. Successfully implemented five international acquisitions and startups, making Eco the co-global leader. Senior Adviser of ECO- Heatcraft, a division of Luvata, following the acquisition of Eco by Luvata in August 2007. From 1987 until 1999, held various management positions and was CEO of EPTA, a multinational leader in supplying high-quality retail food refrigeration and product displays. Under Mr Marsiletti's leadership EPTA acquired six companies throughout Europe. Through the acquisitions and turnarounds of these underperforming companies, helped build the group from a local Italian family-owned business to the #3 global leader in retail food refrigeration with revenues of €470m in 1999. From 1982 to 1987, was CEO of Compagnia Generale Alluminio (CGA), a world leader in the fully integrated production of high efficiency aluminum evaporators for domestic refrigeration and heat exchangers.He previously held various management positions since 1975. Lieutenant in the Italian Army. Mechanical Engineering degree with honors from the University of Padua. Economics Faculty of the University of Venice (Cà Foscari ).
