Bio
Cathleen has more than 25 years of management and marketing experience with leading business services companies. She held a senior management role at Lee Hecht Harrison, focused on bringing talent development, career management and organizational change consulting to major corporations. In the financial printing services industry, Cathleen directed sales and service for market leaders RR Donnelley and Bowne in New York and other east coast business centers. Earlier in her career, Cathleen worked in the publishing arena for McGraw-Hill, CBS and Prentice-Hall. At Business Week, she developed strategic planning roundtable conferences for CEOs in Fortune 100 companies on economic, regulatory and international business issues. Cathleen holds a BA from Pomona College and an MSW from Portland State University.
