Bio

Chad V. Gardner is a Senior Associate with GCP. Prior to his work at GCP, Mr. Gardner was an Associate in the real estate tax practice at KPMG, LLP where his primary responsibilities consisted of federal and state tax return preparation, tax conformity research and REIT compliance testing for clients in the private equity sector. Before joining KPMG, he worked for Mettler-Toledo, Inc. in Columbus, OH, where he assisted the tax department in the areas of sales & use, state & local, federal and international taxation. In June 2008, Mr. Gardner graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University where he earned both a BSBA and Master of Accounting degree. Mr. Gardner is formerly a Vice President of The Ohio State University Accounting Association and a member of the Columbus Association of Tax Professionals. Mr. Gardner is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society.
