Bio

Joined Nomura's Transaction Legal team in 1998 and the Team in 2000. Initially qualified as a lawyer in London with Freshfields in 1994. Prior to joining the Team, gained experience at Freshfields and Nomura in structuring and executing transactions including fund raisings and M&A for public and private companies in a range of sectors from automotive to healthcare. Focuses primarily on structuring investments for Phase4 Ventures. Was involved with investments in Intercell, Nabriva and Cerimon and he is also involved with managing the sale of stock in public portfolio companies. Member of the Investment Committee. LLB (Hons) from Hull University, the Law Society Final Examination from Chester College of Law and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
