Chris Lee

Bio

Chris has been an integral member of the leadership team at Forever 21 Inc. for the past nine years. His most recent role as Senior Vice President allowed him to successfully guide Forever 21’s growth and direction. During his time with the company, Mr. Lee has been responsible for various strategic initiatives including real estate/store development, strategic partner development and overall strategy development and implementation and has been a key contributor to Forever 21’s impressive growth story. Since 2000, Forever 21 has grown from 85 stores to over 420 stores in 2008 (from 525,000 square feet to over 4,300,000 square feet) with annual revenue growing to nearly $2 billion from $187 million. Since 2004, Mr. Lee has led M&A activities resulting in the acquisition of over 200 stores and his efforts have helped bring EBITDA from $22 million in 2000 to over $250 million in 2008. Mr. Lee was recently appointed to the Industrial Development Authority for the City of Los Angeles.
