Executive director of NVM. Joined NVM in 1987, becoming a director in 1996. Company secretary of Northern Investors Company plc, Northern Venture Trust plc, Northern 2 VCT plc, Northern AIM VCT plc and Northern 3 VCT plc and compliance officer of NVM, and is also responsible for legal services, information technology systems, Stock Exchange liaison and personnel. Read Physics at Durham University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Spicer & Pegler.
