Bio
Christopher Mairs joined Leeds Equity in 2008 as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining, Mr. Mairs spent three years with Greenhill & Co in both their London and New York offices. While at Greenhill he worked on a wide range of M&A transactions for companies based in Europe and North America. Mr. Mairs’ areas of responsibility at Leeds Equity include due diligence on new transactions, and investment monitoring. Mr. Mairs serves as a board member of Nobel Learning Communities and is actively involved with SeatonCorp and Sagus International, Inc. Mr. Mairs graduated with First Class honors from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, with a BSc degree in Mathematics.
