Mr Mullen, Financial Analyst at Whitney Capital Company LLC, an award winning real estate development company, specializing in the financing and developing of affordable housing nationwide. Mr Mullen is responsible for assisting in finding new development and acquisitions opportunities and providing analysis of these acquisitions. While working at Whitney Capital Company he has helped oversee the construction phases of a $40 million rehabilitation of a 102 unit dilapidated former public housing project into beautiful garden style apartments. Mr Mullen has an active role in the applications for subsidies and tax credits in Whitney Capital's new development opportunities. He is also in charge of monitoring Whitney Capital's portfolio operating performance. Prior to Whitney, Mr Mullen graduated from Cornell Universitywhere he received his Bachelor in Sciences degree, with a specialization in Finance
