Bio

Craig is an Operating Partner at Turnstone, providing broad strategic, technical, and business development experience to the firm. Craig works directly with Turnstone Environmental Technologies LLC and is exploring opportunity in telecom infrastructure, IT and clean energy. Craig has broad experience as both a corporate executive and entrepreneur in the US, UK and Internationally. Craig was previously CTO, SVP Strategy & Innovation at UT Starcom Inc., Corporate VP Business Innovation at Unisys Corporation and CKO Hewlett Packard and Compaq Corporations and has worked extensive in the US, Europe, India and China. Craig is also a serial Entrepreneur having co-founded startup companies in fields as diverse as sub-surface interpretation, simulation and expert systems, document imaging, processing and recognition, Electronic Clinical Trials and ASP based eLearning and training. Craig started his career as a Petroleum and Reservoir Engineer, then as a business analyst in BP PLC in the UK and United States. He was formerly President for the Institute for Innovation and Information Productivity (IIIP). He holds several board advisory positions and is an active Venture Philanthropist in the US, UK and East Africa. Craig holds a First Class Degree in Geology, Mineralogy & Geophysics from the University of Aberdeen, UK and spent a year conducting advanced research in fluid simulation at the Department of Petroleum Engineering at Stanford University, CA.
